Server Maintain?

How long does this take? Before they started it I had just sent my troops to hit a lvl 5. Do they recall my troops? I guess I'm just worried about losing my 2000+ cats and 1k arch and 5400 inf. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can't get online... the server is still shut down.
The system post was saying 00:15:59, but it is alreadt 2 hours 27 min...
