V1.3 Bugs (Updated 5/7/12)

Love the Update, Enjoying every part of it but already had some issues:
Lets start with all of the below:

- PvP when loading for a long time to start match message pops up declaring, ".... Overtime"

- In PvP i would battle a player named "haitian" and win, go to results screen and it says I beat someone else named "Erlws"

- My first crash occurred: i believe it was when I disconnected to play another app and came back the app loaded from where i left off but crashed when i tried to load lvl to play

- On the tree: the tracker of how many players beat a certain lvl resets after awhile ( around 2-5hr) and goes back to zero, idk is it supposed to do that, same with the rankings on the on tree lvls

- A message keeps appearing when I do play on the tree declaring, "You have new achievements unlocked..." so i go to my info to see the achievements but I have already received all rewards that I can

- PvP Haypi you need to rethink this.. there is no way a lvl 25 should be being a lvl 40

- The Gift timer of daily gift after reaching 0:00 it resets and starts the time over again and we may not claim our gift... This has to be a bug

- Angalo Boss score is in need of reset and fixing server #2 is "203485394528397 something..."

- At tree i try and "get reward" but when i press the button it tells me that I have to use 2 coins to revive, but I do not want to revive I just want my reward and be done for the day

- On tree please fix the crash that at times occurs when loading a lvl on tree.. because once you crash you have to wait another 2 hr for revive.

- Give us the option to mute players or even block... PLEASE

- Please fix issue: At times when I do the spin and use a coin to spin again and again afterwards I will not receive my rewards that I have acquired, the reward would be nowhere in my warehouse

- A lot of people have been having a difficult time receiving their xp when training and I have just recently noticed it as well. After training, as i watch my timer go down "10sec" left and once it finished i did not get my xp, Idk it may be a loading issue but please fix

- a message at random will pop ups during gameplay declaring "Communication delayed" causing people to crash or either freeze, when you hit ok to dismiss the pop up the message returns 5 seconds l8r at times 1 second l8r.

- In PVP a penalty on the player that leaves game on purpose should be given out. For example make them lose more honor or even ban them from PVP that day... This is happening way to often.

- I am still having problems receiving my SPIN rewards, I would spin land on a gold key, do spin again and land on a lvl 4 stone, spin again and land on 2k xp then i would hit "GET" in order to go back to main screen, and i would check my warehouse and neither the gold key or the lvl 4 stone would be there... PLEASE FIX

- Laputa lvls H-12 and H-16 do not have records for them as if we cannot set a record for them on S#2 I have beaten them both but no record set

- App crashes when explore finishes and notification does not pop up causing me to crash i re-open the application and then the notification appears

- Please fix when i get off for 2 hr and get back on app launches strait to main screen (haypi town) screen and it freezes for about 10seconds and all i see is chat moving rapidly thought messages as if it were catching up from when i last left off... please fix so that i do not have to wait for that and just reset chat after opening app

- There is a boss glitch of sort that when i select boss 5 to create a room i would join a room that is already open and it says howl... for boss 5 name but the image to the right is of boss 3 the frigid barrier so i think its still boss 5 but when it loads am playing boss 3 for some reason... Please fix soon

Can't sync synth stones. Can put sync stone only in a middle, but not on the sides. When trying to sync get message "Item is not enough, synthesis fails.", though I have more than enough syn stones.

I think I saw somewhere that in this update this can be done, but not sure now. I wish they updated tutorial to make it clear.

No dude haypi did not include that feature.

- PvP Haypi you need to rethink this.. there is no way a lvl 25 should be being a lvl 40

*cough* another way of looking at it is... perhaps the lvl 40 has bad aiming skills or strategy to lose to a lvl 25 :p

In addition.

The daily task which allows ask to complete let us be able to earn extra rewards, experience and money. But when i have not even complete any task, all the task are gone and i'm kinda angry because now i can't do any task and get extra stuffs.

Hope to hear from the support soon. Please kindly advise.

Thank you for your info, we will check the situations you said.

Please Fix"---------Can you make a ss of your achievement, then we will check it for you.

Ok thank you today my achievement registered and I was able to receive my reward.. Thank you on the other issues as well.

i also had achievment pop up but could not claim any in achievment section. also there is a bug where even with a low score (but 3 star) it says new record even though you truly didnt get one. it does not change leader board. also on the secret tree certain levels there are places where there is a platform/ rock next to wall. if i tryto hide there i get stuck in between and never stop moving so my turn cant end. also the update of claiming level tasks while still in the area where you choose levels used to work great but now it doesnt show up and i must back out of level selection area and go to task tower to claim them. thanks.
