How do you mute a spammer??

On our server that's a annoying person who spams the chat channel with racist remarks. How do we mute him? or what can be done?

If an expert's online, you can call our expert(s) in and they can mute the player. Or you may take screenshot of that racist's inappropriate comment or language then send them to dragonsupport@haypi.com so that we can check.

Support9 i beleive out server does not have an expert yet and i try to tell people not to swear not to avoid filters and such but coming from just a player doesnt really help in stopping this i was wondering when our server(server 8) will have an active moderator or expert

Ive reported spammers (with screenshots) using racist, anti-super!, and other foul language and nothng is ever done. The experts (at least on my server, But from what I read seems like all) are never online, and when The one from our server is on she does nothing anyway.

I agree with you need better experts

They just do not care.

They just do not care.

They care, but choosing Experts is not the easiest process, especially when they're busy with a ton of other things. They need to make sure the Experts will be responsible and helpful with their added tool.
