Like maybe you can sell your people (slavery) and you can buy population. Then add something like public happiness or something which shows how satisfied they are with your current ruling scheme. Create another building called the slavery docks or something, and with each upgrade slaves cost less. You can opt to buy slaves from NPC or from other players. The more slaves you buy/sell, the less satisfied your people become. If the satisfaction level becomes 0 then the people will refuse to work or something, and resource production is lowered. To regain satisfaction you can do something eg: train more troops etc.

Yeah slavery would be awesome, I find out that even with lvl 20 main building 6390 people isnt enough :/

personally being from the "kill for prestige camp" i think this is a bad suggestion. To many servers are littered with builders as it is catering to them even more just basically makes HK farmville!!!
