What are the odds?

Ok so heres the story...I woke up the other day and i found 5 level 10 oasis around me! I've seen many guides saying how rare they are but what are the odds of 5 all around my area? Well just putting that out there maybe i shouldve put it in off-topic.

Ya now everyone is finding lvl 10 oasis on my server and people are taking them including me

Why not? The timer doesn't reset anymore?

Right, as of a few weeks ago:

Resigning a level 10 dropped it to zero immediately (like before).
Resigning a level 10 after it drops to level 9, remains level 9.
Stealing a level 10 from another players STILL drops to level nine 24 hours from when it was first occupied by that other player.

So now to get full 24 hours of level 10, it has to be occupied fresh. No more taking one from someone else to reset the timer.




PS. Other levels 1-9 can still be refreshed as always, resetting the timer.
