how to tell if you've been scouted

i've heard that if the eagle flies over your kingdom, that means that someone just scouted you. anyone know if this is true? and if not, anyone know if there's a way to tell if you've just been scouted? thanks!

I've heard that as well; don't really believe it's true. I treat it like someone is scouting me all the time and never leave troops out anywhere. It's the safest approach.

theres a myth floating around that if the pigeon thing flies over your city then youre being scouted. Possibility, but I doubt it. Otherwise I'd be the most scouted person on my server...
