Alliance-growing of alliance after the merge of servers

I wondered how do i grow my quite new alliance after the merge as the mines are full with high ranking alliances . It is impossible to conquer the mines at allinace level 1 . I thought that maybe the mines could be much bigger like the map but it need mot be that big . And also that it would be better if we get some prestige for failing to get a mine. It would help alot eventhough its a slow process to grow .
Please comment.

Re: Alliance-growing of alliance after the merge of servers

Mine war is made for all alliances levels.

If you just started your own alliance, the first thing to do is recruiting as much members (ready to donate resources) as possible.
Then, when you have enough troops to take a lvl 1 mine, take it.
Of course, some alliances will have more troops than yours, but they will need 1.8x more troops than you to defeat you. if you are attacked and you are not sure how strong is your opponent, callback your troops and take note of this amount for the next time.
Then there are different ways to get a mine without losing any troop or by losing a reasonable amount of troops..
it will take a while but if you check the mine log, you'll probably notice that some alliances are using alts alliances to refresh their mine or simply resign and retake the mines. But most of the time, they do it almost at the same period of the day and it is when they do it you have to try to stole their mine.
i hope it will help.

Re: Alliance-growing of alliance after the merge of servers

Ok there's A LOT of suggestions I can give you for this. A great portion of the success of an alliance relies on the determination of its vices and its leader. The most important thing I would say for an alliance to succeed is to stay together. The longer your alliance exists, the more respect you get from fellow players and the more likely you are to succeed.

In terms of recruiting, the benefit of being in a merged server is that there's more people looking for alliances. Always check leaderboards regularly every few hours or so and go down the list of the top 400-500 players to see if anyone has left an alliance. Personally, in order to help with this, I have a list of the top 500 players who I know are inactive which I refer to in order to prevent any confusion a distinguish who is active and who isn't. Try to get active chatters on wc, it shows that you're alliance is active and that You have an ac. An AC is the most important part of an alliance as it helps strengthen bonds among members and maintains their desire to remain in an alliance. A dead AC means a dead alliance. Having a mine will help with recruiting because it shows to players that your alliance is serious. Go on wc often and be respectful and helpful to other players. Try as make a good number of friends not in your alliance, because if they lose interest in theirs, or it disbands, they may look to yours. Of course, it is impossible to be friends with everyone, so be aware that there will definitely be some players who you will not get along with. STUDY up on guides and gain a good knowledge of HK gameplay and commanding, that way people will tell that you know what you're doing. Check wc frequently and check people on the map to see if they have an alliance. I wouldn't recommend taking too many people in who ask on wc for an alliance. Make an alliance ad if you desire and post it once or twice a day, but no more than that for it might frustrate other players who don't really give a crap. Too much recruiting in wc can give other players the impression that you're desperate.

You could perhaps look into merges as well. If so, look into alliances that are near your level, and make sure you are familiar with them. If you do suggest a merge, offer generous terms to their leader (2-3 vice spots). Merging is not a necessity, but I recommend it because I personally have found good fortune in them. It lifted my alliance to be one of the top in 74, and I still have a majority of those merged people in my alliance even a year afterwards. But be warned, merges can tear an alliance apart if they do not succeed. So be wary if you try venturing into one.

In terms of alliance infrastructure Make sure you have friendly, helpful vices. I would highly recommend that you don't appoint people who ASK to be vices. Those people are most likely greedy and more likely to abuse their power. Monitor your members' progress and their activity in AC. And from this, choose vices who DONT ask for it, they'll be more likely to try harder as they feel it is a big responsibility. Remember you need to be able to trust your vices, because in the event you may have to take a leave of absence, they will have to take charge
Make sure you establish rules like courtesy in wc and no farming other players unless they are inactive and have full whs. A reckless alliance that isn't a very good, is a dead one.
This isn't everything I can think of at the top of my head, if I think of anything more, I'll be sure to add it.
Be aware, even if you follow my suggestions, success will not come overnight, it will take weeks, most likely months, for a new alliance to become truly successful. The important thing is that you have to continue working at it. The progress of you and your members will eventually pay ff

Best of Luck,
