World Chat Rules

So look,
There's been some discussion on server 92 about different languages in world chat. I believe that it is okay, because not everybody speaks english. So what are the actual rules, and if it is against rules to speak other languages besides english, why?

It doesn't say anything about it in chat rules, as far as I saw

why would it be against the rules? i speak french and i can't speak with all my french friends in pm. so we use wc when we are some at the same time.
plus, don't forget that haypi's wish is to support others languages.

It is perfectly fine to speak another language in world chat.

However, there is a courtesy aspect to this. If it is just you and your friend talking in wc in a different language, it is appreciated that you take it to PM.
It's nice to do this not only because everyone doesn't know what your saying, but because the experts on your server have to translate everything you say (if they don't know the language) to make sure your not breaking any rules. This can become very tedious as the expert to exit the app, translate, then re-enter for every message you post.

The other languages dont bother me but they really need to do something about that hail hitler guy who spams WC every day and manages not to get banned ever. I think the experts on S92 are aleep cause they never do anyhting about him.

K2700 is right, it,s why we are doing our best to talk in pm when we are only 2.
It is responsibility to each player to be polite and respect rules.
I see regulary english speakers avoiding filter by using french or german.
I asked support to select multilingual experts able to understand what others are saying.
