look, ive sent many polite, very respectfull, accurite, detailed support letters. And not once have i been Contacted, nor even one of those lame automated mails....... So excuse my bluntness.... GIVE ME BACK MY DAMN MONEY NOW!... OR MAKE GOOD ON THE BOXES OPENED THAT REWARDED LEVEL 1 STONES!......

Well it has now been a week, not a single reply to any of my support emails so back to here we are, what is the status of the fix for these issues/update please! I personally would rather see a TON of quick fixes come out than I would wait for a big change update!

It seems that there will be a big change update i thought this is the only reason why it take so long for the update(eg:the early HK version updated frequently)

Yeah I decided to open another gold box for kicks. About two days ago. Still lvl 1 stones. Please support this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. People including myself will not buy coins unless this is resolved.

No it has not, now what?? I am still getting level one stones in gold AND crystal boxes, NOTHING great came from this update in the way of fixes

These bugs and glitches are really getting me angry! Support always says they will fix a problem but they never do...

well they kinda did ha you now receive 2 rewards in a box instead of one and adding both together it seems worth it
