Losing equipment?

Wanted to see if anybody else has had the issue of trying to enhance an item and for it to be sold to NPC. If so has support corrected this glitch replacing your equipment and how long it took them to do so.

Can you be sure you didn't accidentally hit "sell to NPC" instead of "Enhance"?

Never had such issue.

No it asked if I was sure if I wanted to use so many coins to enhance it. Been around haypi a long time. I was trying the whole better luck enhancing when your hunt pops up. Manual went through just fine from 15 to 16. So I tried for the horse to go from 19 to 20

Are you sure its gone for good? i have had it where i removed equip and it didnt appear in my treasure untill i logged out and back in.
