Banned and don't know why.

Friday I came home from work and wanted to go on haypi. I clicked start it said log in using the log in feature. I typed in account info and it said user banned. I still to this day, almost 3 days later don't know why. (it happened on other account not the one I'm posting this on). So I contacted support. I told them I haven't done anything to deserve it, I haven't done anything that I normally don't do and believe this was a mistake. 14hours later I get a reply saying.

About 5 minutes after I get the email, I responded. I said that I have not been informed about the debt due to my order cancellation. (I'm guessing that means something about buying coins which I didn't do). I also said if they sent it to my haypi email I can't check as I was banned with no warning. And I checked my email, even the spam nothing was there. 24 hours later they respond saying;

I am at a loss right now. Have replied but got about 18 hours till they will reply again. I have not done anything special. I have not purchased any coins. Last purchase was a couple weeks ago. I am assuming will get the same carbon copy reply and won't know what to do. Can someone please tell me what I need to do? Is there some page I go on? Anything would be appreciated,

I got the same thing bro a ban with no warning no explaination with the same template answer saying i owe haypi. thing is i have neither brought or glitched coin if they would check my logs and account t hey would find zero coins and zero purchased. to my knowledge glitched coin still shows on the system so i would love to know what the ban is based on. is there any support who can give a straight answer not just copy and paste some pre made message its lazy at best. all the while they take 24hrs to respond with letters that neither give explanation or reason im losing troops rank pp alliance members all for their mistake.

Yea, it makes no sense. They can check logs nothing. I also had my troops starved all 7k cats and 22k inf, and I had VIP and crop enhance. I barely buy coins so I'm getting screwed out of coins and troops.

Also i know of alot more people who have been banned without cause or reason. Its so hard to talk to someone who doesnt read what your saying or give a straight answer i wonder sometimes if bots reply to all emails from haypi or they are just that un intrested in helping.

Whatever it is it's outrageous. I've seen people on my server do stuff like glitch troops, coins with full proof. Numerous people have had proof about it and sent it to support. So did an expert. What does support do? They give them a warning. While for us we didn't do anything and we get a no warning ban.

Lol ikr somewhere along the line something has gone wrong. like wintrzrain glitching 700k alliance cats and wiping all mines not once not twice but 3 times lol only got warned plus i dont think she was banned i think she just lefy and could return to the account at anytime.

I'm willing to bet you all buy your coins through PayPal, except egor, who doesn't buy coins.
Log onto your PayPal acct and I'm guessing there will be a history there of a payment being returned, for whatever reason, in the amount you spent for coins (weeks ago in your case).
Clearly haypi didn't receive this money, or is under the impression thereof, so if you don't have a record of this refund with PayPal, I would contact PayPal immediately and inform them.

I wasn't even aware you can pay using PayPal. I buy iTunes gift cards and then buy through the ingame store on iPad. The money is not on my account, so they couldn't have returned it.

Incorrect taem any past coin purchases i have made for coin on andriod have gone through google checkout account not pay pal. My point is how can my account be in debt with no coin purchased for quite a while i think the only recent coin on my account had was about 8-12 coins through the earn free coins for downloading other apps. all they need to do is check my logs there has been no purchase or glitch at all.

Kk so check your google acct instead of PayPal. My point is, you will find the record haypi referred you too.
And pardon egor, but I thought your point was that you had NEVER bought coins, as you so pointedly pointed out, but now I see there's more to the story as is usually the case.
I could post my speculations, which I formed by many context clues in both of your posts, egor and guyver, but they are just that, speculations, and I prefer to remain impartial.
