Can't login on android tablet...

I just got an Acer A500 and am unable to login on this device. I get the error "Only allow one device". I'm running Android 3.1. Does anyone know how to fix this or support, is there a fix?

please kindly check and confirm whether you've logged in your account on any other devices; clear the phone cache and exit HK completely from background running list and click to relog in HK from start screen.
Any other problem please let us know.

I'm sure the account isnt logged in...have tried 4 different accounts and same on all. I have cleared the cach, exited completely, and even reinstalled...no help. I've tried 1.1.2 as well as several other versions. Where do I go from here?

Update...After trying several versions, I found the Mobage version semi-works. It's buggy like crazy...alot of functions dont work at all and the ones that do are buggy...and the screen is way ofset...but I think this is due to Mobages setup. So now to find out what version Mobage uses and try to find that version and try it without 3rd party app...problem being, Mobage doesnt show the version number like normal.

Support, can you find out what version Mobage uses currently and possibly provide a link to that version? If you would rather supply that link to me privately so I can help test the theory, that would be fine too.

Please let me know what you decide or find out or etc...

I also have the exact same problem on my new Toshiba Thrive tablet. I get the one device message too. I just installed the app from the android market. It won't let me log into my existing account or even start a new one. Are there any solutions to this problem yet?

possible solution: dont play the game....

that one really sucks though.

solution: go back to your old device for the time being.

I have a new galaxy tab2 that will not allow me log in. Says only supports one device. Can you help
