That's quite some "Never Played" you have there. Anyway, I'm sure even if there's an issue it's with Game Center for not refreshing or something. Achievements are Game Center sided if I'm not wrong.

Well, your Game Center ranking doesn't says the same.

i would say the issue is game center, so try contacting apple and finding out what they say about it. if it isnt from their end, then you need to contact support with the flashing link below.

Let's not forget the possibility that the issue is with you too..
