Cannot Paste

Another player in my alliance says this happens to him on both:
iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3
iPhone 4s, iOS 5.0.1
both running the latest game version.

please check out the solutions:
Option 1:
1.Click "Write" to access compose letter interface
2.Key in some random content
3.Switch to "Notes"
4.Select content you would like to copy
5.Back to game, compose letter interface
6.Paste

Option 2:
a. Open "Notes" and select content you would like to copy
b. Back to Haypi app, click "Write" to compose letter interface
c. Paste

We've tested on Touch 4th generation, both 5.0 and 5.0.1 OS with 3.06 official version. In-game copy n paste and copy from Notes/Email and paste to in-game letters works as well.

Copy and paste is really bugged right now...
It's hard to teach the beginners without mailing pasted guides to them...

Please please can support try and sort this out! It is so painful not being able to copy and paste from anything outside haypi kingdom! I have an iPhone 4 and it worked fine with iPhone 3. As previously stated in above posts it's hard trying to lead an alliance without this facility, so come on support you've had nearly two months to sort it out since it was first posted here!

I cannot copy and paste anything into this game from my Ipod's Notes which is rather annoying. But I can copy and paste in letters on Haypi... but not on world chat, alliance chat, or private messages. The issue wasn't an issue until after s70 merged into s120. This is really confusing to me and I hope that, after seeing all these complaints, support would do something about it, and soon.

You are totally right, this should be sent in as a letter. But uh I'd have to study this a bit more to fully understand it lol

I hear more people every day complain about the problem reported here now. I just wondered if there might be any progress on its solution. You can copy things inside of HK, and then paste it, but if you go outside the game, the copy is lost.
You cannot copy from inside HK and paste outside, and you cannot copy from outside HK to paste inside it.

It's really frustrating for many now, so I wanted to ask.....

It seems this issue will not be taken care of. It appears Haypi is more involved on the other apps instead. I've spoke to support on numerous occasions and jokingly told you still play that. That game is old. Must have been forgotten about.
It seems that way personally.
