Android - Still can't get referrals

This is extremely unfair! I've read forum posts about this and its apparent Haypi has not fixed this problem. Android users can't get referrals unless their referral has an IOS device(emails only show Itunes market), nor can Android users switch servers. Ive talked to several people with IOS Devices in my server alliance and they can change servers just fine and get referrals. How come this is still a big deal for android users???

13 Do NOT ask anyone to fill out your name as referal, and it could be taken as a violation to the rules.

Are you serious?! Two of my friends just joined the game recently and they both put my name as referral....

what it means is that you are not allowed to ask on World chat for new members to refer you
