PVP Distance of new cities?

Hi!
Building Cities in "undiscovered" lands is not possible.
Anybody knows, how close you need to stay to the next city?

It used to be that you had to build near the rest of the cities (not in uncharted lands) and then after building you are free to spend coins to move the city wherever you want. I haven't played in the last 10 or 12 pvp's though, so I know not if this has been changed.

Things are still the same.
You can build or move a sub anywhere on the map, but you can't move your main in an unexploited or unoccupied area.

Is there a maximim distance from other cities? Or is it more like a "you can't build beyond row 250" type of thing. If it's the latter, does anyone know what the limit is?

I know it's the latter,but I don't recall the limit. Should be easy enough to SEE the limit though, if you scroll around the map.

There has been changes on every pvp, on last pvp, new sub city could be created at unexploited area, but you cannot move your main to such area. however on this pvp, i see that we could only move and create our city not beyond X:45 of the map.
