Hunting ?

Am I doing something wrong? Every time I send out troops to hunt I get 0
I just harvested a group of 100 that were out for nearly 24hrs got 0. and every other time i've got 0.

No one in chat seems to say anything about it when I ask.

Try 8 hours. That will probably get close the maximum with that amount of troops. More troops not much else I can help u with sorry

Will that result in me actually gaining anything? like I said I get 0 every time

Getting nothing from your hunt is normally random I'm pretty sure

Are you hunting in a different location every time? Are you close to a ton of active people?
And yes as Harry said 8 hours works well. I'd either try 8 or 12. Both work well!
Try hunting farther away and don't hunt in the same location over an over again...if you're a serious hunter you may want to think about moving way into the open where it's less populated. Less people hunting there=more successful hunts!!

Yeah i've been going to random places near and far of all #s.
Every town near me I honestly think has been abandoned ( i scouted everyone) and all 0s with no changes in days.

Just harvested 2 more both 8+hrs and both 0.

Cant go up to 3rd baron without finding cash for a nugget :/

Couple things to add..one hunt in high lvl oasis, don't matter what kind. Second if cash is your mission..short hunts are best. Third eight hour hunts tend to bring in a lot of silver and gold boxes when hunting with 2-3k inf..inf are best for hunting at low levels, so make as many as you can handle early, spread them out in your hunts..And as a general rule, never leave troops open for attack, hunt them. short hunts-any oasis and any lvl will do.the lvl wont impact the hunt hence its a short hunt and if you fail its not a big deal cause it was short not 8+ hours.you tend to make more cash with short hunts.

long hunts-8+ you can get silver and gold boxes with these hunts.and better gear lvls.pick high lvl oasis for long hunts when you go to bed.long hunts tend to fail more tho.

and i hunt in the same oasis all day never see a increase chance of a fail hunt.
