Server 89 - Empty server and clones

I have emailed support, raised tickets and used in-game mail. I am doing everything I can to clean the server up, and have only taken to the forum as I have been unsuccessful in getting responses.

Still would like to see the clone owners and 2 main offending alliances penalised - especially the one that still has the mine.

Additionally, lets not forget the server is on row 160 out of 600. Its empty!

Tbh I think everyone has mailed support through in game regarding it. Because its such as serious matter it will take support a while to work through the many clones. And there needs to be solid proof of the alliance using Alts for coins

Sadly the end result is the same. A 1/4 full server, 100s of clones, active cheaters (who still seem to be gaining prestige) and I have wasted coins.

I really hope support reopens the server so it can be normal

As Harry said before, filling to row 160 is not too abnormal. I think it usually fills to row around row 200 though. I guess haypi does this so that people will have plenty of room to find a spot they like for their city. Also, I'm pretty sure servers don't close just because a new one opens. They should still be adding people to it, only at a slower rate.

It sounds like you are doing the best you can with a bad situation. I despise cheaters, but unfortunately they will always find a way in any game to do it. Be patient, and I do believe it will get better. And don't worry if banned accounts are still on the leaderboard. They will be passed in days and forgotten about.

The alliance that had all the bots still remain active and on top, with no consequences for their actions. It sucks!

Lets name some of these main bots I have encountered..

fairy (a few) seem to relate to alliance Elites
xx000 (heaps) seem to relate to alliance Cortex_Ric.. xx001, xx002, etc etc
ccmc00 (heaps) seem to relate to alliance Cortex_Ric.. cmcc1, cmcc2, etc etc
Xwmw (heaps) which seem to relate to alliance Jaded. awmw, bwmw, etc etc
aadi00 (heaps) which seem to relate to alliance Elites

I do understand that I might not be correct in my assumptions. This is only based on my personal opinion after watching how they swap in and out of alliances and who their individual referrals were. It is up to support to correctly identify the people benefiting from cheating, however I am confident the owners are in those alliances. I have named the owners in a private email to support.

Support has only responded once in this thread, to only mention they have apparently resolved this issue. What has been done? Why are there no consequences for the ring leaders it seems? Please support your loyal and honest customers before we leave!

Caladan - I hope you are right with a slow trickle of new users. As of this stage, I have not been able to notice this. Yes, I have actually booked mark the last users location to join server. (226, 156)

Support has let us down still..

xc001 bots that belong to cortex_ric are feeding and donating. the idiots even have some of the bots in their alliance.

xc001, xc002, xc003, xc004.... get the picture? and they are active and feeding the alliance without any intervention from haypi support.

I am giving haypi 48 hours, otherwise i give up and will be quitting the game. nothing worse than spending money on unsupported games.

We'll take a further check into the multiple accounts, if there's conclusive evidence of cheating, we'll deal with it.

Every single person on the server knows who is cheating beside support. Why don't you start with banning, and deleting all the bot accounts - or put their prestige to 0, and then look at doing the same to cortex_ric the alliance who got there because of the clones.

Sounds like if the server is going to get better, it needs players like you to keep nagging support. Keep in there bro. Seems like you are doing a good thing.
