She was banned for something she Supposedly did in forum even though the account used to post isn't even hers and she never even uses forum nowthe money she spent is a waste because she was banned for nothing there is no reason for it and needs to be undone

This is an issue that needs to be taken up privately with support, not on the forums.

I was stating that I believe there was a confusion on who was to be banned or whatever I'm not pointing any haypi staff member out cause I couldn't anyway and i know the rules I just kinda want katelyn unbanned

Contacting support by Palringo or PM (Private message support9 on the forums to get the quickest response) would be your best bet.
