In app screenshots

with ice cream sandwich you can take screenshot natively, there are already some phones that are able to take screenshot, but most phones need an app and sometimes rooting the phone. It's a mess... So, why not adding a simple menu with the 'Take screenshot' button? You press the menu button and then that black menu pop up, or maybe you could just intercept the phone's buttons events. If you press the menu button longer than 3 seconds it take a screenshot.
Now, the problem is: how to take a screenshot?
