Re: Alliance Wars on Merge

The overall point is the mines lack the flexibility to be an integral part of gameplay. They allow very little excitement as you speed build once for a week and then you just have to worry about feeding. There's very little point in attacking other alliances in the mines as it provides no pp in return only a waste on the coins you spent speed building because you have to take losses no matter what (provided you're not commanding against somebody...er...slow). So you have to worry about feeding a large army and it has very little payoff. At least when I feed my troops they get to go farming and hunting and killing.

Most people agree with this I think. The whole mines thing is a tad lacking in gameplay, and quite unexciting. But your sub-point, which sounded like your main point at first because of your complaint about having to catch up from an older server, seems to be a very normal part of any game where one player enters a game after another. You already understand there is a way to overtake an alliance with a large head start, but the amount of that head start is an issue? It's like me and the #1 on my server. He is FAR ahead of me in pp and I would say mostly because he started when the server was new. It's a fact of the matter. And no matter what I do, it will take a while until I reach him, if ever.

If this is feedback for Haypi Ltd., you should be more focused on the point I've quoted from your post.

Re: Alliance Wars on Merge

My main point is that even though they have a head start in all aspects, including individual pp as well as alliance pp, there is no "cap" to the amount of pp you can earn individually. You can always scout more and gain pp by finding pp hits in addition to your build pp. In the mines there is no other way to gain pp. You are essentially stuck at gaining the 680 per hour no matter what you do. No more. Therefore making the process of catching up a static one, not one that is interactive and game-oriented.

Muku. U hold a good point. That's why so many people have suggested 2 allaince rankings. Which would have kept a lot of people at the time of the mine introduction

Re: Alliance Wars on Merge

I Can Get Where He Is Getting At With This. They Create This New System With A Supposed Team Effort Type Section Of The Game, And All These Flaws Just Ruin It. As He Said, The Younger Servers Are Screwed. Besides That, Commanding Too. Attackers Better Have Alot More Troops Or The Defender Will Just Pwn Them. The Sitting and Waiting Is Annoying... You Do Nothing Besides Letting The Vices Build Troops And Refresh The Mine, Regular Members Can't Do Jack Diddly =/...Haypi Should Improve This Or take It Off And Allow the Old Alliance Prestige Added Together Ranking System.
