How is Changher not banned?

I don't get how a known cheater on S113 and who so blatantly cheated in PVP is not banned. Can someone from support please explain to all of us why this cheater is not banned yet?

I dont understand this either. They seem to have seperate rules for certain players.
Where other pvp cheats are banned from both they just told Changher off and he continues to cheat in our server. Pretty much ruining the game for me.

support does there job they ban for reason he obvious hasnt done anything to get ban for lol noobs.

Obviously you are an alt of one of them on another server or you know nothing of what is going on in server 113. Also, you must be oblivious to the fact he was disqualified from this last pvp for cheating. Until you know the truth....might as well keep yourself out of this discussion.

I do agree. There does seem to be a separate set of rules or how its handled. It may be the support persons handling it. There have been a few pvps where the same person is caught cheating and allowed back in only to do it again. I have also seen ppl banned for cussing once while others are allowed to continue.
My question is: is there a head support person to oversee them all and how does one challenge a ban. After all we are all still customers to a business.

if you have an issue with a support please contact thomas via his forum PM.

to challenge a ban merely mail your support challenging it. usually most bans are handed out with sufficent evidence so they are very hard to overturn.

if support does agree to discuss the ban with you then you may be abe to overturn it. other than that i recommend asking them to review your ban once a month,. if support believe you have changed then they will unban you
