Bug: Crop resource massively increasing and decreasing

I've noticed a similar issue, but it's when i take other people's oases, they lose a LOT of crop.

it seem to be another glitch.
if any support can do anything about it, it would be a good thing. thanks in advance.

lost a lot of troops cause this issue, they starved without any reason and i think i'm not the only one who it did happened.

I got a response by email but it said I needed ss. Then another one when I pushed back saying theyd look into it and no response yet for the last ages.

I will srsly stop playing this game if this isn't rectified. A bug on their part shouldnt ruin my game.

I've tryed different methods to understand what happend.

Here is what i've noticed:

1. Crop in warehouse decrease massively when i lost an oasis or when it's level decrease, whatever it's level.
2. It don't move as long as i am online, but it decrease as soon as i disconnect and reconnect.
3. Quantity of lost crop is around 10% of a full warehouse. ( per oasis )
4. It happend only if i get ( renew ) all my oasis in the same hour. It doesn't happend if i get oasis at different time of the day.

well.
i mailed support on my server and they answered me it was normal.

it's just hilarious to see what they answered me.

support wont do anything about it. if you quit its just a new place for a paying user which may buy more then you. seiously if your still playing you should know by now they only want money.

I still believe they are not like you said.
I'm maybe naive but i hope they are working a little bit for the players and not only for themselves.

I agree it is a business but you should work to keep your paying customers. Vert annoying. :/

same thing happened to me i woke up one morning to positive crop consumption and a full warehouse in my main. i checked back later that day after my crop oasis were due to decrease to lvl 8. about 1 hour after my oasis were due to decrease i had aprox 300k crop.. ok you say... so what... i checked my crop consumption i was only -20k!!! how does one loose 140k crop in one hour? i checked my letters no war reports. i checked my oasis i still had all 8 so hmmmm what happened. ill check back later i think to myself and see what happens. mistake... i checked back in 3 hours. starved! lost 2k cats. and i was at even crop consumption after the starve. i lettered support in my server told her this whole deal and have yet to hear from her. its not that i lost 2k cats thats easy to rebuild and ill even get the pres for doing it. bad thing is i had the rest of my cats sitting in my main waiting to get attacked.... that is NOT cool. this bug need to be resolved ASAP.

I've recently had my Crops go from > 300k to zero, with subsequent loss of many Cats - no war, no lost oases.

Something iffy out there. Given the lack of complexity in this game it's surprisingly buggy...
