Issues with the game

The game keeps on force closing on me and won't let me back in I'm usually attacked during these sessions also once it showed all my troops were zero I was attacked and got wiped I have lost a total of 10000 catapults and 20000 infantry also 120000 prestige I want them back and I want these issues to be fixed and support is not helping please help with this.

well, you will have to talk to support. there is no avoiding that. however, if you have any screen shots, it will greatly improve your chance of getting things back.

also, please make sure your game version is up to date, and that you have a solid internet wifi connection. a lot of times the 0000 troops comes from bad wifi connection. the connection is usually a problem with either bad wifi or an internal client issue. however, if the problem is on hayp's end, they WILL help. if it is on your end, there isnt anything anyone can do, except you.
