Banned from chat

Last night on ss114, some people (including myself) were getting banned by the admin with no warning at all. Most of us beleive its an expert on this server who will be farmed and will not last a month (You know who you are beefcakes). The experts claim that none of them did it, and say that support was the one controlling the admin.My question is can support ban people from chat? not mute them for 5h but actually ban them like that. And if this is possible for how long do these bans last? It has allready been 5h and if the rumour that it lasts a month is true then im going to find another game to occupy my time. If support has enough time to log in and ban people from chat for saying things like "Kiss my azz experts" Then the troops i lost should have been returned by now, But they havent

If it was a mute you should get a letter in your in-game in-box.

I believe the ban you speak of is for 30 days yes.

Well ive been waiting 3 weeks for a response from support lol. By the time they actually respond to my question the ban would be pretty much over

Experts didnt ban you support did. You deserved to get banned telling from your attitude and cussing. Sometimes bans last 30 days sometimes they can go on indefinitely until support feels you have learned your lesson.

If you want to leave Haypi there is the door, if you want to stay on these forums I suggest you don't avoid and comport yourself.
