WHAT THE HELL!

Why were 3 of my S85 accounts banned?! one of my mates got on my ipod where tigger68 was logged in and he said rude stuff on wc... Thats worthy of a chat ban for that account, i would have accepted that. But account banning tigerr1, tiger84 and tigger68?! what did i do wrong? Why have they all been banned? i spent hours on those accounts and banning them all is not fair and i am not going to let this drop.

A ban is device linked if a account in a device gets banned all accounts logged in get banned as well. Also this is something you may want to e-mail support about and plead your case. email them at HaypiKingdomSupport@haypi.com. good luck

Also, sending a letter to in-game support would work as well.

And support usually bans all accounts closely resembling the ones the ban for.

i wasnt feeding. even if i was it couldnt have made a difference cause all my accounts have their cities realy far apart im pretty sure

plus i cant mail ingame support cause all my accounts are banned.

Why cant support just answer me here, i shouldnt have to mail them as well as posting here

Yes, I am sure support will be very happy to respond to a thread with the title "What the hell!", maybe next time make a more informative title? Plus, it could've been you in chat, and your just using the "My dog ate my homework" excuse :/
