What I've learned about HK support

First off I do not want any bashing to be posted in this thread
Ok So here's what I've learned I see so many players in game and on forums complaining about what support did and did not do and I just want to say that support does a lot of stuff you can look at the support list and see that most of the people on there have 3 4 or even more servers they are SupportXX on.
So to all you bashers complainer angry customers out there here's what you really need to know
A) doing any thing bashing complaining getting angry they haven't done what you want will get you NO WHERE end of story.
B) how you should handle it
i) Remain respectful ALWAYS you wanna go throw a temper tantrum haypi
isn't your mom they aren't gonna bow to your every whim
ii) You have a problem with how your support member is handling it?
Very easy solution go to another send Tracy a pm on forums or some other support member its not that complex
iii) You have a problem with something follow the appropriate steps to take care of it

So I hope some of the players I've seen rage quit and do a number of other things maybe take this into account.
I want to thank Haypi support for all they have done over the recent months trying to fix all the unforseen bugs with V3.0
creating 2 new games 1 of which I have played and love very much GO THUNDERBALL!!! and another thanks for everything else you have done to help

Now some of you may read this and think what is this guy talking about he's insane but I'll tell you in all my major dealings with support using a respectful method has always given me a favorable outcome
others may say he's a suck up ect. say what you wish but as I stated at the start of the post I want no bashing on this thread.
So in conclusion take what you want from this but it actually works and it not only works for Haypi either it can save you a few times and help you recieve more than asked when used as a tactic in real life.
thank you and my best regards to all that read this.

Re: What I've learned about HK support

Seems support has treated you nicely....

...Others haven't been so lucky

A really good way to solve all of this would be to hire more people and actually spend some time testing updates before releasing them.

I respect them they treat me nicely its kind of human nature
IDK about the updates and hiring new people may not be an option I do know that one support person is new.

Some support have 6 servers. Wow and good luck to them. And they have to help in many other things so it's not easy for them too

Re: What I've learned about HK support

In Hong Kong, the support you mentioned may be on par.

BUT, if a player is from other countries like West, where on a genuine issue and escalation even CEO ends up reaching Customer to apologize and send replacement product with compliments even if it is toothpaste.

As people paid real money hundreds of dollars to build their "virtual" kingdoms, Happy needs instant and unquestionable service when a session times out or app crashes every time u go for war.

I did get support help like you do but I also agree with people who shout loud when they were not heard of.

Re: What I've learned about HK support

from what i see. the problem is that when people report an issue if they followed the format of a bug report that is outlined by uranus then there is no excuse for not replying. usually youll find most of supports answers on the forums are trying to findout more about the situation... however we all need to pull our socks up including support
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
