why do we need to nominate an expert? duh!?

First of all, I am Calliope18 now from server 85, have two other accounts but that is another topic. Haypi Kingdom always asks the players to nominate someone as Expert for the server. My beef is why still nominate someone when in a few days..Haypi administration would send in their own choice, not in the list? I understand maybe its because some nominees were nominated by a friend and worse alliance members but consideration should be given to those who nominate a person who is not within their alliance. We have three now in server 85 however have they really taken time to get to know the players at all..reprimanding people left and right...not really psychoanalyzing the reason why the players were acting out. If Haypi administrations is looking after us...why send people who don't know the players at all. Control of conversation is well handled if players know each other well. I love Emmie-Lou and MaulerMo, even player Latte... you would see how they have helped others without any ulterior motive...Server 85 is fine except for the spammers. I was there since day 1 and I have noticed that players were more rowdy when the experts were around than when they are off. WHY, because authority figure was not within the server playing and chatting actively. THEY DO NOT KNOW PLAYERS! Earlier was even more ridiculous 3 experts in the room. All unfamiliar with the players. Chat was impossible....letter too long now. Have more to say but duh?!

Ok for real. All the experts on s72 (2 of em 1 of them is inactive) were chosen by the players and support liked them too. I haven't seen support just Xhosas one without nominations.

I am very confused by this post... It gave me a little whiplash.. are you attempting to ask why we have nominations or make a complaint on your Support and/or Expert(s)?

If you'd like to make a complaint about the Expert(s)or Support it needs to be done PRIVATELY. You can contact your support through Help>Support>Contact Support or over Palringo if available.

Nominations are used to push Support in the direction of worthy people, that is it. Believe it or not, they do watch Wc and listen.

I think (s)he meant if support chosses experts without nominations. I'm sorta confused too but that's what I got.

Well in my experience support would NEVER pick experts on a new server within 3 days. So it was most likely that support made some expert accounts for current experts on different servers to monitor chat until they have enough time to select new experts for the server.

As for nominations, they are there so that suport gets an idea of who the people think should be expert. They'll have a look at the names, and the final decision is totally up to them. Nominations are not required to become expert though.

Anyway, what I believe she is getting at is this: What is the point in asking players to nominate people they feel should be their server's experts when they don't use anyone that was suggested and just use their own picks?

I want to know this, too. WTF?! How does such a thing make any kind of sense? I hope Haypi has a good excu- I MEAN answer. I'd love to hear it.
