About server breakdown

After all the things that have happened, I don't know what to think, in fact i refuse to express an opinion on the matter. You will hear from me shortly

I lost a massive amount of troops cos I was starved cos I could not get on , I do expect to be compensated as I pay to play this game , my user drixla and on server 57 , if u can look into it for me that would be great if not I will be quitting game , not gonna be paying money for nothing in return

tbh i understand everybodies frustration. however i do think as players we have to be a bit patient as haypi is obviously under attack and have their hands full right now. Look at how long sony took to sort out PS3, Haypi are doing well all things considered.

I have taken steps to negate damage done to myself by reducing army so that im running at a drain that gives me 24hrs grace should another attack/lockout occur. Trust me when i say you can still be effective with a smaller force. I think it would be a good idea to reduce your drain as best you can until the protection systems haypi are working on are up and running.

hum. power outage for... 6 hrs? seems rather long... just saying...

but I didn't starve, and neither did my alliance so, I am happy lol.

Haypi are under attack due to po'd customers who were mistreated by support after spending so much money .. Their system is buggy, we lose, complain , get called liars etc. However indirectly (ie: proof etc) there's enough script kiddies out there these days if course they will get attacked. Now they try and blame their server host. They never heard of off site backups?

Face it kids. Haypi is dead. Many top players quit. New version is slow. Spend money, lose troops, complain, get called liar, strike back verbally, get banned .. Scam

hahahhaha you cant trust haypi

Haypi is so refreshing. Despite seemingly being out of tricks, they manage to find new ways to botch things up and then find the best response to alienate and piss off an already angry user base. Thoroughly amazes me how they expect an already broken support system to handle this new crisis.

Sadly this brings my alliance to 350,000 cats lost due to glitches and outages. 10 letters to support over a month, zero replies, zero refund. I expect even worse support after this.

What a shame considering how passionate the user base is. They deserved better and Haypi has squandered away a solid business.

hey, i started facing this around noon PST i guess. late evening 5PM pst or so after infinite tries, got it to see wipe off.

been one day, have no clue what is happening inside Haypi.

Can we get fair estimate on when will you resolve these?
