Hackings, Crashing, Failing, etc.

Something needs to be done about all the crashes. There is no way all the haypi members, or very many, will continue playing if the game becomes unplayable becuase of random crashes. Also there needs to be faster reparations so if someone starves during a crash, if they can provide significate evidence that they have lost those troops during that time. They should have those troops given back to them without all the "we will look into it" from support. Theres no way people are going to stay in this game if haypi cannot keep a stabile game:/ i felt that this was needed to be said. Thanks for consideration. Hope something is done before too long.

Our alliance lost half of the troops due to the crash, i hope we get them back

It'll get better I can promise you that now. Maybe not right away but I can assure you it will.
