Hi Panda, you can find it in phone Settings-Automatic Brightness. You can choose automatic brightness to let your phone system choose brightness for you or you can also undo the auto brightness and slide the bar to choose screen brightness.

Yeah, i have it on the lowest and it stills verrry bright!
