Haypi ThunderBall Guide/FAQ

*Note: This guide isn't done yet and likely won't be done unless haypi updates this game.
*Note: This guide is also for people who don't have the game. There will be spoilers (If you even count spoilers in a puzzle game)

Haypi ThunderBall isn't hard to play at all.
Think of the rules of uno in a puzzle game.
You link balls of the same color or number and try to make long a chain's of them. By linking three balls or more you get a item ball - These are balls that (when linked) will explode and will also explode other balls, some only exploding the balls around it but others exploding more then half the screen! By linking three or more balls without fail you start a combo giving you more points.

Quest mode, the main mode of the game!
In quest mode your job is to beat every level by not letting the balls fill the screen.
The more points you get the better your odds of getting 3 stars.
There are six Galaxy's/Quest (I like to call them galaxy's) in Quest Mode:
*Note: This will be highly edited when/if they add more quest as they have done before*
Cross the Sun - Your 1st quest. Its the easiest and isn't too hard to beat.
The highest speed here is 3.
Explore the galaxy - Your 2nd quest. Its a bit harder.
Race to the Stars - Your 3rd quest. Not much to say...
Contend for Supermacy - Your 4th quest! This one is much harder then the ones before it. And before the update it was the last.
Fly towards Orion Nebula - Your 5th quest! Haven't played much..
*Note: If you beat 4-10 before the update you will need to play it again to unlock "Fly towards Orion Nebula"*

Free mode, The mode where all your gamecenter scores go.
Free mode is a fun mode where you can play without a time limit.
It starts with just a speed of 2 and only 5 colors and numbers but gets much harder over time.

Junior - Simultaneously connect above 10 balls 10 times. 20 pts
Senior - Simultaneously connect above 20 balls 10 times. 80 pts
Master - Achieve combo 50 times. 50 pts
Star trooper - Accumulate combo 10,000 times. 50 pts
Props tycoon - using colorful balls 1,000 times cumulatively. 50 pts
Tactician - Simultaneously set off bombs, lighting, cross and colorful balls 10 times. 30 pts
Corporal - Achieve spades 5. 10 pts
Captain - Achieve diamond 10 . 20 pts
Colonel - Achieve ace of hearts. 30 pts
General - Achieve little joker. 100 pts
Marshal - Achieve big joker. 100 pts
Galaxy warrior - 3-star stages in any chapter. 50 pts
Universal overlord - Achieve 3-star in all stages. 100 pts

In free mode when your score is 0k-10k work on the combo. Try to get it 50+. when your score is 10k-20k just try to keep the combo and stay alive.
(In free mode) Always try to have a colorful ball at the bottom of the screen, If the balls are at their limit use the colorful ball.

Q: For combo 50 in free mode you mean to link 50 balls together?
A: In a way. To get the combo you must link 3 balls or more and then link 3 or more balls again without fail that starts the combo and gets it to "2" then you can keep the combo going by linking and linking. If you only link 1-2 you lose the combo.
Q: What is checksum that you get when you lose at free mode?
A: "Its used to check whether your lottery number is correct" -Support
Q: I'm wondering with the melon ball what exactly does it take out? The explanation on the page is cut off.
A: Without having a Ipad, I cannot say. However I know what the melon does; The melon explodes all balls of the same color and number. Very helpful to have.
