Why have the mini package and medium package increased £'s?

The price of a mini package has increased from £0.59 to £0.69, and a medium package has increased from £5.99 to £6.99! Why has this happened? I buy my coins directly off the game in the "shop". I mailed support who told me it was due to "paypal" while an expert told me it was due to the exchange rate and it was apple who increased the price! If so why did the price of some packages increase while others didnt?

The exchange rate is controlled by Apple rather than Haypi.

Why have only some prices increased? Its haypis game, they run it so they should be able to explain why some people are being charged more to buy coins!

I buy the coins from haypi, haypi gets my money so they should have a reasonable explanation! Its not bashing when im simply asking why im being charged more because i live in the uk?

Well someone like an administrator needs to explain this because support dont know why the increase happened!

The exchange rate is set by Apple. Sorry, we are not able to change it.

Support does know. Thomas (administrator) would say otherwise if it was wrong.

Why was a mail not sent then? It seems sneaky that we would start getting charged more and not b made aware of the price increase!!

Did we get a letter when apple took free coins away?

They don't give out letters when its apple's doing.
