To my understanding this has been a solid problem lately, now I want to point out a common mistake, on the war reports you must look closely and see that sometimes it actually doesn't show your troops killed during their "turn" of attacking you. Example: in the war report it will say(in red) x number of catapults moved forward and killed. But doesn't give amount. When you lose troops be sure to look hard into the war reports, it isn't always very obvious. Sorry for your loss

No the war report was completely accurate as to what happeneded in the actual battle ive read it over 10 times. The troops just disappeared after the war and another alliance took it then we too it back. But our troops remained missing. Jessica contacted me and i told her everything she asked.

I see. Well it is something still fairly new to Haypi Kingdom, and bugs are still gunna happen. But most of them have been fixed, but very game will have some problems. Give Jessica some time I am sure she will find the problem and return your troops. Keep in mind support is usually on multiple servers therefore have many things they must do.
