MY ITEMS

My items were sold to the NPC by someone other than myself. All max enhanced, except my ring. Support reimbursed me by giving me max level items, but only around 1,000 stones. I maxed my horse, and got my manual to level 16.. now I am out of stones. What the heck is this? Do they know how this game works? I didn't enhance my items by means of papaya, so don't even suggest it. I dropped a good bit of money into this game to get screwed. Thank you haypi.

you could letter your support nicely and ask for more stones seeing as they know what you got.
also you could ask if they could max enhance nicely.
if they dont you could try the contact us and that goes to someone other than your servers support(i believe)
if you are nice and polite and wait because there are 1000's upon 1000's of letters per server per day you should get your enhancements back and support will get you straight I would also suggest changing your email then your password to prevent this from happening again (if it were a hacker)

So you let someone on your account? Or had an easy password?

In my opinion, you shouldn't be getting anything back, because it was your fault you let people on your account, maybe you will learn from this and not have it happen again. You should feel lucky that support gave you 1000 stones, they didn't have to

Nick, you're an ignorant person. If you don't know the facts, don't comment. No one had my information. Support should know that it requires more than 1,000 stones to max enhance all items. I have asked politely it got me no where. If i don't get what is rightfully mine i'll just contact itunes and demand a refund. There's absolutely no reason for this.

This leads me to think you let someone have access to your account or you had an easy password to guess, plus a lot of people have their items "disappearing to the npc" and almost every time it's cuz someone had their password or it was easy to guess, yet they claimed to have been hacked....

Again, haypi support doesn't HAVE to do anything, they are choosing to help you out by giving you a second chance and 1000 enhance stones. They could just as well not give you stones and say it was your fault. Technically, I think in the user agreement it says they can access your account at anytime if they so choose, you are in a sense playing a game that haypi is letting you play for now, but it's not "your account" in a sense either.

It's confusing, but you are basically at the will of haypi, so just curious, WAS your password easy to guess or someone you knew could access your account? Or could you have left your device lying around and a family member sabatoged your account?all of these have happened before, so all are legit possibilities of why your items were npcd

Ps, what in the world are papaya?

Support contacted me and THEY did it. Yes, I bought 5,000 coins with papaya, but I DID NOT enhance my items with them. You obviously cannot check this or you would know that I had my items enhanced prior to the papaya incident. Haypi STOLE from me, that is what this is. You're stealing what I paid for and I will get a love refund. I am finished with your game, and I will get my money back. You love thieves.

Your support must have already sent a letter concerning about papaya coins calculation problem.
You've used those problem coins to enhance your treasures. We've restored your treasures to the original levels and added equivalent enhancement stones to your account(the equivalent amount of enhancement stones to enhance each of your treasures to the original enhanced levels is based on 100% probability of success. Wish you good luck.).

Reported? Lol.. you're an idiot. It doesn't matter. I have removed the app, I am finished with this game. Once you've spent $50 or more a week and had your VIP, item enhancements, and coins stripped then you can tell me how to behave. Just because I bought points using papaya doesn't mean I max enhanced my items with them. I bought level 8 chests for achievement purposes, I enhanced my crops, enhanced my VIP beyond what I already had, and I had 650 coins that I bought through itunes. They took everything because of a mistake on their behalf. Why am I at fault for your mistakes? This will be one of my last posts on this forum, as I don't care. Itunes is refunding me for the majority of my purchases and haypi has lost out on a reliable customer. This piece of rainbow is already on the verge of death, all due to poor customer service. Maybe customer service doesn't matter in China, but elsewhere is does.
