Make sure you enter your username and password correctly. You can log-in to forums fine, so it has to be a game error or invalid username/password.

If you want to talk to support without using the app, there is forum PM (UCP>PM>add support1) or e-mail them at kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

This has happened to me as well, i found that if i turn my device completely off and then on again that i am able to log on. I also deleted the app and reinstalled this helped considerably. hope it is working soon for you.

No luck so far. I've even reset my phone. I still haven't heard from support yet, but its only been a day.
