alliance problems

Ok so I am the leader of my alliance on s79 I am running Ios 3.1.3 on a first generation Ipod and have had no problems up until about a few min ago.

I could not take over command from my vice.
could not recall troops. (no authority to do so)
I had the coins to do this and the vice acc. hit command first.
Idk if this was a one time thing or a thing that will happen again.

If a vice takes control, nor a seperate vice or leader can take control over him. This rule only applies if an alliance member takes control, then an alliance vice/leader can take over.

gotcha i thought leaders could over rule vices at any time. ok thx for the info

Also what do you mean callback? As in callback from marching or from the mine?

one can also click “Dispatch” and “Recall” (limited to alliance leader and vice leader) to do the corresponding operations.

So that is odd...lol

In my experience as a vice, I have twice taken over command from a member, to have it taken away from me the next turn by the leader. o.O
