Bought the super package of coins (50 usd) 720 coins.. I accidentally spent all of it buying rings. I only wanted one, but I guess default is set to max.. Looking for a way to reverse my mistake, I still have all the rings. I sent two emails to support and no response
any one have advise?

Contact your in-game support member by Palringo or go to help --> support --> contact us and ask if that can be reversed..
don't sell your rings or trade them/etc unless you get a reply saying they can't help

Why you bought a ring with coins?you can easily find them on the market for very low prices.

I Sent a message to in-game support. Explaining my situation and asking to reverse. I didn't have the trade report anymore, but I have a very close approximate time.. Hopefully that works. Thanks!

It should - all trade records are kept, and if a small enough time frame is given (a time where there weren't many trades) then it should be able to be found. Good luck! ^^

I'm interested to see how this turns out. Somebody on our server accidentally bought 80 scepters. They sold them on the market (still are selling them in fact).

It worked. In game support with an estimated time without trade report (although I'm sure a trade report would make it a lot easier.) thank you all for the help.
