Hey soe!

this is crap, i've done no less then 10 re-installs. AND NO STAFF EVEN BOTHERED!!!!!! Fricking load of BULL CRAP.

And Shadow, I edited my post becoz i posted update as 3.01 when it shd be 3.02. even if i triple posted, whats it to ya?????????

Simmer down man! Give haypi some time 100k other people are probably complaining about the same thing so give them some time!

As much as I do see the bugs that are quite annoying, you need some patience. It was unnecessary to be posting three times when it could have been one post, and one post is sufficient to get your point across. Also I would like to add that as I have said in some previous thread before this one, it takes patience. Nothing is going to get better if you complain just like the other thousands of people who are angry with it. They are working on fixing the bugs, and yes maybe new ones have come but come on now, don't go around bad mouthing the staff and such. You need to see from THEIR side of view that it takes some TIME and loads of EFFORT which they are putting forth to making the game enjoyable for us. I'm not saying that's all they're doing and I'm pretty sure they aren't sitting on their butts all day watching us and reading all these angry letters/posts and not doing anything about it. I'll say again PLEASE have some patience. It will get fixed soon...

Youre right, i dont think they are even reading half of the posts about problems people have. I would like to see support more active on the forums HELPING people and not just telling them to email them with the same problem they posted in the forums

Haypi is the company whose game you're playing, and so if you don't like the way they give support for players' problems, nobody is forcing you to stay; and if you are going to stay, then you are agreeing to let Haypi run the game in the way that they want to run it. Making an effort to solve every individual's problems is already a giant leap ahead of what many game staff do, and so there's really nothing to complain about anyway.

I know nobody is forcing me to stay. I like helping others and debating topics with people, which is why im on the forums. As for the actual game.... Thats gone way downhill since the update.

I cant force haypi to do anything, and i know that. But i can suggest what they could do to be a better company and keep more customers. And yes, haypi does make an effort to solve peoples individual problems ahead of what many game staff do, how about they hire more people and solve peoples individual problems ahead of EVERY game staff does, then you have more people, more people coming from other games to haypi (instead of the opposite, which is happening now) and more happy people

i believe that haypi shouldnt have to worry about the forum as much. they have around what? 70 servers and 100's of thousands of people to worry about and respond messages to they cant spend their time on the forum. now as i wish they could they cant! perhaps they could hire someone to deal with the forum as their only job but who knows!

As much as I agree about needing patience to fix the bugs, let me remind everyone they are the ones who released in this state. Had they tested and gotten the bugs out *before* releasing it, Haypi wouldn't be so overwhelmed with support requests.

I'm sorry but we have a right to complain, get an intelligent response, and expect some kind of compensation. Note that an intelligent response is really the key here. There is absolutely no excuse for copy/pasting a boilerplate "please email support" when *the OP already did this and clearly stated so*.

I definately agree with Nickrox on the support, current game state, and the right to complain. We've all seen numerous posts defending Haypi as a business that needs to make money in order to survive. Well...if you are going to consider them a business, then the customers (us) have a right to complain when we receive bad service.

All I can hope is that this has shown Haypi the costs of a bad update.
