I nominate Kobac for expert status. Not only because they know everything there is to know about Haypi Kingdom but also because they are guaranteed to be online to answer any questions immediately. Very helpful.

I vote buraot for expert. Always in wc and helping all the new ha_a's and anybody else that needs it. Will make a good expert.

He is also very friendly in chat, willing to help anybody with any questions, and he is very patient.
