Who were the players that tested the application? It's obviously not the server that is the issue, but the client side application.

Recruit players to test the app before general release and you'll have better results. Offer them coins in return for fair testing. Have the experts come up with a list of things to test and have 50 players do the testing.

hay nick not blaming haypi on the free coins disappearing but more on the fact that a lot of items and funtions such as leveling up buildings pass 15 require coins.

the fact my source of coins was from free apps is basically saying i have no hope of contending greatly with the top players who have loads of coins or players to buy coins.

its all part of the game whether you spend the coins but the advantage is there if you invest finacially.

if i have offended in any way by metioning the coins apologies. but im sure my post did not link coins with haypi direcly

You don't need coined cities to maintain a big army...

I've had 2000/65000/95000/10000 with ease in my level 15 cities xD... Only thing coined was my main up to 17 and enhance main... All subs are flat 15's

Even with a normal main I'm sure you could have 2000/50000/80000/10000... Which is a big army for the average player

Back to topic, the idea that the servers are functioning just fine, and that there is a test server when the complaints are about the client, is clueless.

I lose troops, and have to exit and reenter the game continually, to update the game as to where my troops are whenever I move them, and in the combat mode, the status of troops, who they are attacking and their movement, never update until the end of a round, which means that if I mis-enter an order, I can't see it until it is too late.

I would also add that the constant timeouts suck as well, and these seem to be an artifact of the client as well, it's gotten a LOT worse since the "upgrade."

very true. i was crashing once or twice when i play before the update and i blame my iphone not having the capacity to send and receive the date. this is said with wifi access and strong signal and normal connection.

now i can crash out or go blank screen for no reason and it could be after a few minutes after i loaded the game.

it gets annoying if you are about to farm, hunt or action your army

I hope that it fixes something.

My guess is there is a memory-leak in the application which is causing HK to shut down constantly.

If you are unfamiliar with memory-leaks...when an application is ran it is given a certain amount of memory that it can consume. Each function that an application calls uses additional memory, so a leak occurs when the application doesn't release the memory and continues to use up more. An application that goes beyond the allocated memory is automatically shutdown to prevent your device from being affected.
