Switch Servers Buttoon

If this change server thing comes out, I hope it will only let you move up servers, for example s81 can move to s70 but not s82. This will prevent higher levels dominating a lower server before anyone gets started. It should also cost haypi coins to prevent users from constantly changing and or maybe a once a month policy. but it would be great for going to your friends server.
