Tech support resonded finally...And Wow!

Sending a letter to your in server support has been the most helpful to me. Whoever Support67 is, is doing a good job in my opinion. Just be descriptive and help should come. Lost my alliance troops and sent out a letter. In 6 hours I got confirmation they were working on it and after another 2 hours the troops were replaced.

A lot of us pay for this game put a lot of money and time,so this is simply unacceptable,would nevr happen on wow

And the astonishing thing is they started a forum and NO ONE from SUPPORT or ADMIN is on! under staffed? Or just plain cant be bothered to hear our voices and cries for help??
