crisis communications

i was wondering if there is any where haypi can posisble set up a post where it lists all the actions it knows about and gives indication of progress and support?

bugs is where i would have expected it but it all user initiated.

what i would be after is a communication from those in haypi development or some where which is basically blogging issues it is aware of and dealling with.

I have read a few of the same issues, mine in particular was today i was playing fine wen suddenly my account was in a constent cylce of could not log on but then saying welcome to haypi loading communication error welcome to haypi and so on.could be another hack attach but to be honest it felt personal as no one else seened to notice it happening.

anyways like all good tech support is there any chance some sort of comminucation centre could be set up specifically about glitches and issues?

Haypi believes it is better for us to not know anything about them, that includes what they are working on/fixing

Yes, this would be a good idea, with a list of things being worked on. Will it be implemented? Probably not, Haypi doesn't communicate with players that well.

I logged on to another game today and saw tons of emails by their support, clearly explaining what went wrong and how they were going to fix it, as well as an accurate timescale. I can't say... Haypi strictly forbids any talk of other games similar to itself. I've been warned twice by support that i can't advertise other games, which confused me because I said how much BETTER I thought haypi was and gave reasons

So if I can't promote haypi while mentioning other games I certainly can't mention how other games do a better job at stuff than haypi

That was only one warning by support my other one came when someone on world chat said "any other good games?" and I pmd them and they said they were going to report me for advertising other games and I got a warning by support -.-

Me too kinda, but it's been getting less and less of an addiction

The past week I have gained 3000 prestige (I was previously gaining at least 75k per day) and have insead just been getting contribution points (just reached a million today! And haven't donated coins either!)
