Stealing a city

I today attempted to swap a city with a friend, the first 9 attacks went through without a glitch, the 10th attack crashed the app. Upon reloading the final war report is blank and the city not taken.

Looking at the "target" account the final war report is also blank.

The city that i was attempting to take shows loyalty at 90 (and before any asks it did not have its loyalty boosted.

its another problem this update has caused... if you want to know how to actually steal a city message me privately theres a way around it
