Tech support resonded finally...And Wow!

Lol... Man it goes on and on..Tech support emailed me

Ok so I have issues trying to log in under urslayer63.
I get to the start screen then lock up and says loading forever. If I try to bypass I get to main screen but I cannot click on cities, build or fight etc. I can go to chat and it works and mail… Help Also I was attacked by big pack on this account and lost all troops right after you provided the win 7 update. In the meantime I need help please… urslayer63

I can finally understand why players are upset when dealing with support. Lack of communication, poor coordination, generic emails, etc.

When dealing with my alliances lost troops due to the mine dispatch glitch, I attempted to use in-game support. As we all know, that little button was broken. So in believing that you should practice what you preach I went ahead and contacted kingdomsupport@haypi.com. After 3 days I got a response asking for my server and troop loss. I was thinking to myself, support was a bit slow, but overall not bad considering their workload right now.

Today I got a response from a different support person to use the in-game support button....

To top it off both emails aren't even properly address to me. "Dear," and "Dear player" are not a way to address a person.

i feel your pain. obviously if you cant log in to your acct or have difficulty clicking any buttons once you do it is pretty much impossible to contact support in this way, but what they want you to do is write an in game letter to supportx, where x= your server number. each server has there own support staff (actually the individual support person usually handles several servers at a time) so if im on server 8, i would send a letter addressed to 'support8'

one thing I cant stress enough to players is to get in the habit of taking screenshots of your army, and actions list as much as possible to prove your allegations so that support doesnt have to search their server logs to find your history. for instance, Whenever you attack someone, you should hunt a single unit and ss the actions screen with the attack twice, as frequently a bug occurs that doesnt let you command and you can lose your troops. the ss with the hunt has a timer that decreases and you can show how the hunt timer has decreased but not the attack timer.

A pain in the rear, sure, but youd be surprised how much easier it is to deal with support when you do have ss proving your claims.

The in game support should let us post them our war report that proves that our army just charge blindly forward while we cannot command our troops from their glitch.
BUT the truth is, forget it, it will not help, support will never compensate you for any losses. I have lost troops twice and contacted them twice.
I send them a mail and say that 15 minutes ago this happened, please take reference from the timing of this message because I am in Asia Pacific and I can't stand it when they asked me what time it took place. GMT? or tokyo time? ridiculous question.
All they do is beat around the bush and never compensating.
With the alliance war now... our letter boxes are now flooded with alliance war events and trading logs which seriously - seems to me that my vice and leader are having all the fun from my donations??? Hmmmm........

Don't feel bad after 7 days straight of forced close when trying to open the application and several emails Jessica finally replied do not worry we are checking into it... that'd it... so another words hurry up and wait until we get around to fixing it for the droid users who's armies are now dead and who's prestige is being depleted and who's subs could be taken by this time. Way to go on releasing a product that should have undergone much more testing before being released.

Ahhh.. the good ole "Checking into it". I like when they send you are message to please let them know what server this is on and yet you've included screenshots.... umm... usernames are unique. Can't you just look it up? But it lets them say they have responded to yet one more support call without actually doing anything.

I feel your pain. I've been trying to talk to support for weeks and weeks and get generic emails that actually don't even make sense in english. At least I haven't spent thousands of dollars on this game...oh wait, yes I have.

Good to see you on the forums Timsan.

The only response I receive from support is to use the in-game support button. I don't know about anyone else, however when I click on the in-game support, the page is blank. Also, if support is going to simply refer us to use the in-game support button, then isn't it a waste to continuously post the support e-mail address and telling players to contact support?
