Ummm...?? help!

Haypi asked me to download the new version, so I did. Now I cannot open it up. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same problem is still happening. I am on a windows phone. The screen gets stuck on loading the app. It never loads up. All I can see is a Smokey fog with my maxed crop, inbox flashing, and even world chat flashing across the screen. I cannot do anything because the foggy load screen never disappears. What can I do?

Considering no support help has replied to my thread for help, I believe it is well within my right to say that this fu**Ing sucks. I spent so much of my own time building up my account and now it has all gone to trash because the new fu**Ing update won't let me sign in. I would be ok if someone would just reply and say they are working on the problem, but because everyone seems to be silent I have no other reason other than to believe that I will never be able to get back into it again. And you dayum believe that I am NOT going to start all over because there is nothing showing me that it won't happen all over again on another future update.

It's a bug. Please be patient and it'll be fixed

Just FYI the support team doesnt work on weekends... The developers are working hard to try to fix all problems starting with the important ones like yours just give them time all things lost will be given back to you because it is their fault

My friend and I are both having this same problem. Was your ware house at lvl 7? His wasn't working and mine was until I upgraded my ware house to 7. His warehouse was also lvl 7.

Yeah, I don't think it has anything to do with warehouse level. I think mine was beyond lvl 7 upgrade but I cannot be for sure.
