Unlimited Loading with W7

When I log the account, after I close the welcome screen, the app is in a permanent state of "Loading" and does not allow me to play.
I tried to reinstall Haypi, reboot, etc, but the problem still persists.
But I log another account name,it can enter the game.
Any suggestion on how to fix it?

I, as well, am having the same problem on my W7. I have even noticed that it will continue to try and load from the login screen. Please fix it?

Same problem on my WP7, any workaroud?
If is needed, i have developer unlocked phone. So i can do some testing...
