Haypi has ruined this game

Yeah the one thing that's really annoying is how alliance prestige is now. They more or less made it 2 separate games in 1 with no bridge in between them. Alliance prestige should either be a mix of the 2 or there should be 2 categories. I've also noticed that because of alliance prestige, there seems to be far less troops out/active then before. I'm guessing many may have killed off their armies to help support alliance troops.

I suggested changing alliance prestige to alliance experience, and having this experience be TOTALLY different from prestige (what it used to be) so there would be 2 alliance ranks

why do you say armies serve no purpose? that makes no sense! have you no interest in pvp anymore? from your sentiments about alliance prestige, i'd imagine you do, in which case this post is a paradox.

your armies never had a bearing on your alliance, in the past or now....except for your ability to use them in a war, and even then, a large army is not completely necessary. rather your armies are used for farming resources and killing others troops for prestige...last time i checked, those aspects of the game are still alive and well.

I did have a large army, about 2000/60000/100000/10000, but since the 3.0 fiasco I've starved and starved cuz of these meltdowns with the servers, and now my army is big enough to attack someone and take all their resources, and that's all I really need for my alliance anymore. I played the entire game for my alliance, and as I gained prestige I helped my alliance gain prestige too. Now me gaining prestige is no benefit to my alliance, so I don't need to gain prestige anymore, and I don't need an army

I haven't even been that active in game anymore, I've been trying out new games to try and compare the faults they have... But it's harder to find faults in other games

apparently you havent noticed that this entire game is a pvp. im not talking about the competition with prizes that haypi holds for us. im talking about the game itself. and anyway, there has been at least two pvp competitions since my server merged.

i am also willing to bet money that haypi most definitely will reimburse all players who have lost anything due to these glitches as they ALWAYS have done in the past. All you need to do is email them and they will prioritize it as they see fit. screenshots are a great help in proving your claim AND expediting the process, as someone who fields an army of your size would surely know.

a word of warning however: they are notorious for returning troops while you are not logged in, so be aware.

I've seen you all over the forums brown nosing, and then you end a post of support to haypi saying how they are "notorious for returning troops while you are not logged in"?? How difficult would it be for them to send a letter of warning 12hrs in advance? Absolutely appauling customer service.

-First off, I did not mean merge in my post. I meant 3.0 -.-" that one is on me. However, I did mean pvp as in the competition for 15 days with prizes etc, not the main game

-It takes support a long time to even read the letters, there was a post on the forums earlier, and a guy stated his problem and said he contacted support. Support1 then posted 2 days later on that thread to email them at KingdomSupport@haypi.com so with that being said, it was 2 days and support still was backed up with emails and hadn't even gotten to that players problem

i never brown nose, i tell it like it is and thats all.

heck, i have banned accounts myself. you think im gonna show haypi any more love than they deserve? they banned an account i spent over $900 USD on fer chrissakes.

i do however have plenty of experience dealing with them.

consider how these forums are being spammed right now with the same discussions, over and over.....how many thousands of emails do you think support must read through EVRY day and then answer?

and they frequently DO send an email saying when they will return troops, and in some cases have even negotiated with players to return troops at a time suitable to the individual player.....and still returned them at innoppurtune times anyway.
