i guess those ip's are located within the usa, making it the jurisdiction of the fbi, no?
personally i wouldve put arnold schwarzenegger or maybe batman on the job instead. my experience with american law enforcement is one of corruption, racism, and a general ineptitude. batman on the other hand, is the WORLDS GREATEST DETECTIVE! and arnold wouldnt have any qualms about just crushing these hackers and seeing them driven before him, then hearing the lamentation of their women. FBI? not nearly so scary as the bats and the guvernator imho.

Recently illegal methods have been used to sabotage and crash our servers and we believe these criminal have been plotting and instructing illegal activities against our company for a long time. There are severe financial implications to these actions and this has caused considerable loss to our players as well. Stop with the BS if you don't know what you're talking about. These guys have simply used a free tool off the web to tcp overload the front-end DMZ boxes........ie a DDoS attack.

finally something is being done about it, who cares what the technicalities are. i am sure haypi has sufficent evidence of illegal activities in order to conttruct a lawsuit. therefore just leave it.
